Did Batman ever fight the grim reaper in a comic book and if so what was it?

I had this comic book when I was a kid which had Bruce Wayne put on a plain mask and infiltrate this gang.

Batman hasn't faced The Grim Reaper, but he did tangle with a killer vigilante who called himself "The Reaper" in the four issue Mini-series "Batman: Year Two." It has been quite a while since I sold those issues, so I can't go check the year of release, but I think that mini-series dates from 1990 with a year either way for a margin of error.

I'm sure there is a paperback collection of all four issues.

The Grim Reaper, and my birthday party?

I'm at a party, a birthday party for me in my house, and a man in a cloak and a mask (like the Grim Reaper) takes me away and makes me sit in a corner throughout the whole party while it plays on around me. Everything is distorted by darkness in this dream. When I wake up and he is gone there are people scattered and sleeping all over my house, the clock says 3 Am, my mom wakes up from the couch and says we can microwave something. There are presents in the kitchen, but a few of them have already been opened. My party has gone on without me, the visitors are all alseep in my house.

What does this mean? I went to bed crying, and I woke up feeling empty and sad : /

Would this be funny or get me arrested?

I'm thinking of buying an old hearse and building a coffin to put in the back. I think it would be so funny to wear a grim reaper mask and follow some old person around town all day in the hearse. I love pranks and I think this would be a good one.
